Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

We're sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.

Where is my order?

We ship from Kansas. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your shipment tracking information.

I got my order and something is wrong with it, what do I do?

If you've received your order and something's wrong with it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos so we can help. Email us at hadesdolls@outlook.com and someone from our customer service squad will get back to you within 24 hours.

Hades Dolls is not responsible for any carrier delayed or stolen packages.
